How come the meds are so low chuck, may be they need ajusting, my daughter at that age was on 20mg Omeprazole a day, 3.5ml domperidone three times a day, and liquid Gaviscon advanced 2.5ml 4 times a day.
And if at night she was uncomfortable i would give her 5ml of paracetamol.
They do seem low in comparison ask your consultant, or specialist to increase them.

Hi Belinda,
He is on liquid omeprazole and for his weight they have prescribed him 1.9ml. Going to have him weighed tomorrow (hopefully not snowed in) then I'm going to ring the consultant and see if dose needs adjusting, don't have next appointment until 19th so need to sort something before then.
He's been very unsettled today, refluxing loads and not interested in solids, took ages to settle tonight kept screaming out. Thankyou for your reply will let you know how we get on.

Ok chuck all the best,, One thing i was told the liquid Omeprozole does not have the strength that the tablets do and it expires quickly.... Ask to be changed to the Mups (tablet form), just put it in drop hot water and turns to liquid suck it up syringe,,, really easy, (Might be better and not done on weight).
