LittleRefluxers

i thought id write a wee message. me n my husband have had a bit of a different experience of parenthood than most. we had our beautiful baby girl, jessica on her due date of may 22. she was perfect in every way and for 3 weeks she was the centre of our world. then it turned upside down. we rushed her to hospital with a high temp, pale skin and no feeding, we were told that she had suspected menegitus and that she wouldnt survive the night. but she did, then three days after seeing improvment, she conned and we were told she most definetly wouldnt survive the massive trauma on her tiny brain. but she did! she is now 15 weeks on sat and continues to amaze and astound us every day. she is on no medication and she is bright and mobile n her smile brings the sun out. unfortunatly she has reflux which prob would have occured anyway, its been a revelation to find this sight as i dont feel so alone. after everything we have been through, all i want for my gorgeous baby is comfort so finding ways to releave her pain n allow her to enjoy her food is a godsend. we have seen a great improvement with gaviscon and i hope she continues to improve. it feels so great to finally get it all out. thanks for listening.
