6 months silent reflux

my son was diagnosed with silent refluw when he was three months.currently is on omeprozole 5ml a day, this doesn't seems to be working only sleeps one hour max and has started to cry in the middle of the night as well.he also sweats around his head and breathes quite fast, is this related to reflux?can some one pls offer some sort of advice voz i'm sleep deprived for six months and don't know whether this will ever go away:(have started weaning but appears not to be so interested,i don't know how to lay him to sleep can someone please help me...............
