Acidic foods to avoid when weaning?

Could any one help out and tell me where I might find a list of low acidic foods to wean my baby on. She has severe reflux and is also lactose intolerant. She is my second child but Im feeling very anxious about weaning her and making things worse by giving her a no no food! Thanks in advance.
