Hi hun I know you could up the ranitidine 12.5lb is nearly 6 kg so she could have up to 1.2 ml 3 times a day according to my docs dosages
You can use max dose of ranitidine and omp together as they work differently - 0.7 ml once a day is tiny

I weaned my baby at 16 weeks on the advice of the paed. I started on baby rice and quickly moved on to fruit and veg purees. He gets really bad wind from fruit (apart from pears - he's now 9 months old) so I tend to stick to that in the morning…

As your Lo is so young if you can't wait I'd try just babyrice and stick to that for as long as you can.
Her system is immature and also proberly sensitive due to reflux. Early weaning can cause intolerances & probs later…
