I used to offer milk before solids but now give milk quite a while after. I will try giving him a little before to see if that makes a difference."

Hi my baby is now seven months and has been successfully treated for his silent reflux since about ten weeks of age. He has never been referred to a paeditrician and GP and health visitor agreed with me that his refusal of feeds and screaming was acid reflux, He started on gaviscon which did nothing and then moved onto the max dose for his weight of ranitidine. This has managed his symptoms and he has calmed down and fed much better since. He did not seem interested in weaning until six months…See More
