We also used to make up 7oz and give the dual sachet then just waste an ounce if he didn't drink it as in 6oz you should use half the dual sachet (if that makes sense) and it is watered down too much. The other thing is mix it to a paste…

he was on 7oz but we brought him down to 6oz as he never takes the whole bottle, but if he needs the double dose I will up it to 7oz again, thanks.x

Hi there - Isla takes this medication and a dual sachet is both sides - so when you pull out a strip from the box - put both doses in the bottle - I think a dual sachet needs to be in a minimum of 7oz (ish)
