Hi. My son is 6 months old (nearly 7 months) and has severe reflux. He is currently on Gaviscon, Ranitidine and Emperazole (sp?)On Monday he is due to go into hospital for a PH Study. Has anyone else had their child go in for one of these? The specialist has told me that they will put a tube through his nose and down to his stomach, where it will stay for 24 hours. My son is 5 months old and has severe Reflux. We saw a Gastro Specialist today who prescribed one 20mg dissolvable OMEPRAZOLE tablet a day.He is already on Gaviscon Infant and Ranitidine (1.5ml, three times a day)Can we use both Omeprazole and Ranitidine together?? Or do we need to take him off the Ranitidine?See More
