After 7 horrendous weeks with a groaning and very unhappy baby we now have a diagnosis of silent reflux - he doesn't really vomit. He hardly sleeps during the day and the nights are horrific - I am usually up from 1am through till the morning with him. We tried every over the counter remedy and now are on Ranitidine and Motilium - I don't see much improvement after a week of being on these drugs and now think there could be an intolerance to lactose too.
