I know, they just give you these drugs and send you on your way. Not once has a doctor actually gone through the basics of reflux with me i.e. tilting cot, keeping upright after feeds etc. It's only due to the web that I found out so much info.…

Ranitidine and Gaviscon at the same time??

Has anyone been given any advice on when these should be given as my baby has been on gaviscon from 5 weeks old and has recently been put on ranitidine 0.5ml twice a day.She has the gaviscon in every feed and i have been giving the ranitidine just before her morning and evening feeds as wasn't given any advice from the gp at all in fact he seemed very uncertain what dosage to give me to begin with and didn't say anthing about when i should give her it.I have since read that ranitidine should…See More
