yes, a lot easier. well worth it. i was a bit anxious about taking them but it was the best thing i have done for my family since Nadia's birth. I can cope now, I can enjoy my children, even with reflux and I do tend to have happy days (when without antidepressants it was all gloooooooom). was you thinking you may also suffer from depression?
