Hi. I think it is easier to write on each other's pages then the discussion page (unless you use Facebook?) Fraya sleeps really well - sleeps through the night since 15 weeks and has 2/3 naps a day which range from 30 mins to 2 1/2 hours sometimes. She often sleeps when I am feeding her which is annoying as she wil fall asleep after eating an ounce sometimes! She would rather sleep than eat. What about Harrison?

Hi. How's Harrison today? There are way too many Fiona Nolans on Facebook - no idea which one is you!

Hi

I think I've found you.
Fraya's eating is getting a lot worse and her poos are now lumps instead of quite runny (using Pepti milk). I think it is cos of the gaviscon! Another problem to add to the list!

Hi. I thought I had best reply to your page! Fraya is 27 weeks today. Since her meds Fraya is vomiting less but hardly has any desire to eat anything. Her milk intake is about 20 ounces a day & 3 solid meals where she eats about 1-2 ice cubes a feed. How much is Harrison drinking now?

Hi Fiona.
I know how hard it is when you are having to get up in the night!! Is Harrison still sleeping in your room. My son was up until 4 nights ago. He was waking up about 4 times each night (he used to sleep through). He was not hungry - he just wanted to be held and have some attention!! We went away on holiday 2 weeks ago. In the room we were staying in he couldn't see me from where his travel cot was. He slept fine!!! I think previously he was waking up and could see me so wanted some attention. Since he has been in his own room he has slept through the night no problem.
My son is 6 months on Monday and is on 3 meals a day. He enjoys his solids. He has always hated his milk. We started him on solids at 16 weeks. He now only has 2 bottles a day!!! One in the morning and one before bed. He only has about 5 oz each time!! It is worrying. He has fallen to the 2nd centile on his weight chart, but he is developing well and is very active!
It is so hard having a baby with reflux. This website is great, being able to chat with other mums going through the same things.
Anyway, I hope this helps! Sorry I haven't got any real answers.

Hi Fiona.

I'm not surprised you are so tired!! I don't really know what to suggest! Does he settle when he is in bed with you? Does he go to sleep if you sooth and rock him? I used to rock my son in my arms until he was asleep and it worked. He would still wake up later, but I would just do it again to settle him. When it's the middle of the night and you are shattered, you'll do anything to get them back to sleep!!! I also used to put his winnie the pooh that plays music on when he woke in the night. This used to settle him back to sleep. I'm sure you have tried this also. Maybe it's just a phase. As I said, my son went through the same thing. Hopefully it will pass, but until then, just do whatever you have to do to settle him quickly, so that you can get a better sleep. Does he sleep much during the day? My son only has 2 naps that last about 1 hour at a time.

Thank you. Your little one is gorgeous. Fraser is 6 months on Monday. I can't believe he is that old already!!!! I miss those early days too!!! I really don't know what to suggest. I'm sure it is just a phase. Hope you have a better night tonight - do let me know.

Hi Fiona.

Glad you had a good night's sleep. Maybe not waking him at 11 helped?? I used to wake Fraser, but stopped as it seemed to be unsettling. He was much better after that. He had an ok day yesterday, but only had 9oz of milk. Hope the scan goes well. Do let me know how you get on.
