- Hi again, sorry hadn't looked on here. If you can I would try to go private, even for just one appointment to get Ryan assessed. At least you will know whats going on, whilst waiting for the nhs referal. I would think the omeprazole needs increasing... Dr Eltumi started H off on the max dose of 15mg/day with the hope of decreasing it. within 10 days he was a different baby and has continued to be so. He was on 15mg for a year before he could manage on 10mg and we're hoping (fingers x) to decrease it further soon (tried twice already). I think its a matter of trial and error with each baby being slightly different. Let me know whow u get on xx
