We have been on domperidone with our LO since he was 4 months old ..... he is now 2. It seemed to work for us but we have recently seen Dr Shah and he has suggested we take it out of his regime of medications, but we have introduced a few new ones.…

Don't know if this helps, but nalcrom is supposed to be given 30-60 minutes before food. We find that this makes an enormous difference. It also needs to be given before every meal.

Anything is possible with these little refluxers, but don't rule out 'the bug' and write off nalcrom straight away. My LO is very sensitive and tolerates it just fine, and I think it's a really useful medicine for damping down…
