Don't know if this helps, but nalcrom is supposed to be given 30-60 minutes before food. We find that this makes an enormous difference. It also needs to be given before every meal.

Nalcrom and Monteleukast

HiWe have been giving Jack Nalcrom for 2 weeks now, it seems not to have made much difference...has anyone else had experience of this?Also we have just started the montleukast, has anyone taken this before, struggling on how to get it into him....cant mix it in to his food as he has his omeprazole and nalcrom in his pudding at teatime.Thanxs xxxxxxxxxxxSee More

Anything is possible with these little refluxers, but don't rule out 'the bug' and write off nalcrom straight away. My LO is very sensitive and tolerates it just fine, and I think it's a really useful medicine for damping down…
