Hi anyone near High Wycombe? I have Ben, 15 months with severe acid reflux (plus a 5 yr old daughter) would be great to chat!x

My 7 week old has just been diagnosed with silent reflux. Is a huge relief to be able to get him to eat again without screaming. :-)

Hi all

I am starting a new reflux support group (not an online one, so not opposed to this fab, fab forum - in fact will be highly recommending it to those who come and haven't heard of Little Refluxers!)

 

Below is what is on my flyer, so all the info:

 

Riding the reflux rollercoaster? 

 

 Then please come along to the new support group for parents of babies and children suffering from reflux – don’t struggle alone!

 

Starting Monday 17^th January 2011 and fortnightly thereafter

10am -11am

Hampden Way Children’s Centre, Hampden Way, Off St Hughes Avenue,

High Wycombe, HP13 7TJ

 

Come and chat with parents also going through the same problems, feed your baby without worrying if they scream, fuss, throw up or take ages, and commiserate with other sleep deprived parents who know exactly what it’s like to survive on just a few hours! Gain knowledge from parents who have been through the same issues and support each other. We’re all in the same boat and aren’t put off by the faint whiff of vomit….!

 

Bring your babies/children to play in a safe and stimulating setting while you chat and swap tips, sympathy and coping strategies!

 

Set up between the mother of a child who has struggled with reflux (and related problems) and the Children’s Centre.
