Help, Can anyone recommend an ENT specialist, reflux and recurring ear infections??

I was hoping someone could offer me some advice, my daughter is 9 months old and suffered from silent reflux since she was born, and also diagnosed with eosophilinic disorder.  She keeps getting ear infections, and i feel that the reflux is now under control but the ear infections are her main problem now.  When she has anti biotics she gets better for a few days, and we have a totally different baby, just so happy and content, then she goes back to her old ways, screaming, clingy, wont drink milk, will only eat finger food, bad sleeping etc.  Shes constantly pulling at her ears, scratching them, and pushing her ear against things to give her some relief.  My GP does not recognise the connection between reflux and ear infections, so i am trying to find a specialist who does and who may be able to help us.  We have had the worst 9 months ever and i really want to get this cleared up because im hoping that this may be the main problem and the answer to making our little girl happy and comfortable.  I cant bear to sit by and wait for these infections to keep coming and going until my GP recognises there is a problem, she has been through too much already.

If anyone has gone through this and has the name of a specialist who has helped them i would really appreciate your advice.
