Hi Verity, hope you don't mind me asking but did you get a response from MAM? I emailed then last week - then sent a chaser email a couple of days ago but still no response. 

Despite giving you advice on the bottles it seems since then mine won't stop leaking!! Sometimes they don't leak immediately but just slowly so after about an hour there's water all over the kitchen surface! I've had enough and ditched them but want a reply to my complaint! X

Hiya. I emailed them explaining that they were leaking they took a few days to reply. They replied with about 6 questions for me to answer about how we make up our bottles and how we sterilise them. I've emailed back but haven't had a reply yet. They did say on the bottom of the email to send my address as if there is a fault they will be willing to replace them. 

Mine leak on and off as well, I changed the way I made them so there half full with cold boiled water and put it fridge then I boil kettle and fill Ither rest up when Finley wants a bottle. That seems to of helped a bit.

All this money babies cost lol!

Thanks. Maybe I just need to be a bit more patient then! My LO has decided he only likes avent teats too and refuses to use MAM ones after I bought additional ones. Aargh!! X 

Hi Ladies, We waited over 8 weeks to get a reply and they said the reply must have gone into spam folder  -but I checked and it hadn't. I had to phone them in the end. They then sent an email with questions and we had to send the barcode and lot number of the box. After about 8 very tedious emails we eventually got replacement bottles. The thread of e mails is so fickle my husband laughs at it. So good luck!

I don't even have the box or the receipt woops x

Amazingly I kept the receipt and the box - with my OCD head on I usually swipe everything asap and it goes in the bin! 

Babies cost enough without the stuff you buy being rubbish - aargh! X

They emailed me back yesterday saying they are sending me some replacements out. I didnt have to give them a product lot or the receipt details.

They emailed me yesterday too apologizing for delay (I'd sent a chaser email as I have no patience!). They've sent me a list of questions about how I use and sterilize bottles so must reply when I get chance!  

Beth If you have the instructions check them and answer all the questions as per the instructions. for some reason they were really fickle with me and a few others I know of.  Edel

Thanks I will.  I double checked yesterday that I'd still got them and I have!  I guess if there's any way they can blame the consumer and not replace the product they will! Were your replacements leak free??
