LittleRefluxers

Hi everyone just want to know if any of u do a dream feed about 10.30 or 11pm? My lo who is now 14 weeks goes to bed at 8pm and normally wakes at 2am for a feed then again at 5ish for feed, I was thinking of doing a dream feed to see if she'll go thru the night but im worried I may make her reflux worse although she doesnt seem to suffer to badly at night??? Hi I put my lo down at 7ish downstairs then feed him before I go to bed after which I put him properly to bed. He then sleeps right thro unless his reflux waking him, but doesn't have any night feeds. I now feed him around 9.30pm (used to be later but sometimes he woke earlier & still slept through!) after his omeprazole though he always wakes after meds so not true dream feed, but works for us. He is nearly 9mths now & can't remember when he stopped night feeds completely but dream feed stopped the 2/3am feed meaning just an early morning which made huge diff to my sleep!
My Lo is still disturbed by reflux at night (as in day but he always has) but is good at settling himself back to sleep unless pain really bad.
Good luck, hope it works for you. x
I feed,my LO around 7pm then dreamfeed at around 10pm, he sleeps until 5am usually, then (if I am lucky) he will catnap until 6.30am. I think if I did the dreamfeed at 11pm/midnight he would sleep later in the morning but I am usually so tired I want to be getting into bed by 10.30, but a 5am start somedays is not nice, you cant win!! You could try the dreamfeed and see what happens. I am constantly trying new things!
