LittleRefluxers

MY 6 month old has just been diagnosed with reflux and I feel I am lacking in information. Actually getting the diagnosis after 6 months of going to the doctor and being fobed off has been great, but now we know what the problem is how best to I help my baby to get on with life.

Has any one read any books on reflux that they have found useful?

If so any reccomendations would be great.

Life on the Reflux Rollercoaster is a good book
Thanks for this, I ordered this last night. Looking forward to reading it (Well trying to find the time to read it!)

It is hard to put the book down once you get started on it - the poor girl goes through such a lot in it - it does make you realise that things could be so much worse and you really appriciate that they aren't as bad as they could be.
This is also a good book.

colic solved don t remeber the autor but is simply great . Go on amazon and search for it!
I massively agree with this one - its a great no nonsense book and its really helped me
Me too, half way through but helps you understand a lot of the "odd behaviours" i just thought was my baby being her but now understand they are due to reflux. definately worth a read
Another book to consider is Reflux 101: A Parent's Guide to Gastroesophageal Reflux available in both paperback and digital download.
I have this too and am happy to send it onto anyone as I found it a little bit scientific for me and hard to read - PM me if anyone wants it
